Local IWW History
Here we present you with some historical content of local IWW struggles that took place decades ago, yet they retain their significance today as we see ourselves once again in times of significantly worsening working conditions and labour practices brought on by the employing class. Not surprisingly, the capitalist machine continues to try to save itself from its own self-inflicted economic crisis by furthering its global war on people, whether it is by [and not limited to] its imperialist wars, its crackdown on dissidents and those who are trying to create change in the world, or its targeting of working people’s jobs and their livelihoods.
